As an additional service, we can design and write your contact letters and any correspondence to prospective coaches, scouts, and agents. Letters can be sent as email or as a paper copy and include:
- Details regarding your interests in a specific program
- A link and password to your Athletic Profile on our site (if you are using our web hosting feature)
- Specific text for generating responses from coaches and scouts, including academic, athletic, and personal information

We offer pricing packages and options to meet your specific professional videography needs. We do not require hourly pricing, minimum and maximum recording fees, and any other hidden costs. If we need additional time to get your video right, then we take the time. We want to help you succeed, which is why we design our pricing and packages specifically geared toward professional and college athletic recruiting. We will work with you to custom-tailor a package. If there are features that you require and are not included in our standard packages, then we will design a package that meets your specific requirements.

As an additional service, we can host your complete athletic profile package that includes:
- Link to your recruiting video for coaches to view online
- Athletic profile that includes all contact, personal, academic, and athletic information, including player statistics
- Security pass codes to prevent just anyone from viewing your personal information. You provide a code to coaches and scouts for viewing your video and personal information online.
